Submitting your order means that you understand and accept our company's shopping terms and conditions

 

Order Goods

  • Online orders are only processed from Monday to Friday. In case of special circumstances (products stop selling or out of stock, etc.), the customer will be notified by phone to process.

  • Once the order is confirmed, there will be no return service. The transportation service is provided by a third party (JUMPPOINT). If the delivery process is delayed by various uncontrollable factors and the food deteriorates, take pictures of the problematic ingredients within the next day at the latest and send them to byo@ knbgroupltd.com, we will resend another copy as soon as possible.

  • The store tries its best to maintain the accuracy of product photos and information, but cannot make any guarantees, and will not update the content with further notice. All packaging and information are subject to the goods before shipment.

  • If you have any questions when ordering online, please call 2122 9411 (11:00~20:00) for inquiries.

 

Delivery Service

  • The delivery service is temporarily not applicable to outlying islands and remote areas (including Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, the airport, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau and other remote areas), and any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

  • The maximum weight of each order is 20KG, and the sum of the length, width and height is not more than 150 cm. If it exceeds the upper limit, it will be packaged and sent separately, and the goods exceeding the upper limit will be sent by freight collect without further notice.

  • After successfully ordering and confirming the payment, the spot goods will be sent within 3-5 working days, and the delivery time depends on the courier company.

  • If the order contains frozen goods, you must choose express shipping, and fill in the date that is convenient for receiving the goods in the remarks column. If you do not fill in any date, it will be automatically sent within 3-5 working days without prior notice.

  • The transportation will be provided by a third party (JUMPPOINT). If you choose standard express, you can track the status of the goods on the JUMPPOINT official website with the waybill number in the email. (https://tracking.jumppoint.io/), if express shipping is selected, the waybill number will not be provided, and the customer will receive a text message notification on the designated delivery date.

  • The transportation will be provided by a third party (JUMPPOINT), and the company will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery process due to any accident.

  • If the driver fails to contact the recipient or fails to deliver the goods for the first time, the goods will be postponed to the next day or returned to the warehouse for another arrangement.

  • Customers need to ensure that someone signs for the delivery time and place. If you need to change the delivery time or place after placing an order, please call 2122 9411 (11:00~20:00).

  • In case of any disputes resulting in shipping problems or reshipment, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • In case of bad weather, the delivery time may be delayed.

  • If you need to pick up the goods on the same day, you can call 2122 9411 (11:00-20:00) before placing the order to check whether the order can be processed on the same day, and you can only choose store self-pickup.

  • The store will not be responsible for any problems caused by wrong or improper use of the product.

  • The store reserves the right to modify the selling price, shipping charges and online shopping terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • In case of any dispute, BYO Bakery reserves the right of final decision.
